HRa regular meeting between managers or supervisors and their teams to exchange information and ideas. The idea of team briefing evolved from the concept of briefing groups which was developed in the United Kingdom in the 1960s and promoted by the Industrial Society as a means of communicating systematically with managers and employees throughout an organization.
